Must have been the fish and chips platter , wings and jumbo coconut shrimp 🤣 ... gotta live a little sometimes. Eating one bad meal is just that one bad meal ... don't let it ruin your success keep moving toward that goal and remember your calorie bank resets each morning so make today a good day.

Agreed! At least it wasn’t sugar, potato chips, and soda or alcohol, or whatever else people eat and drink, out of emotion, when it’s not worth it. But even if you do that, which may be more embarrassing than a fun night like you had…don’t feel ashamed. XD

Agreed not a bad meal just higher in calories and fat than Ideal for the day but it was excellent.

If you work out enough, your body resets too, and not just resetting as in making today a good day. When you burn more calories, you are more likely to feel like a splurge never happened, the next morning. Yet another reason to work out! Has anyone else felt like when you are sedentary, your body keeps reminding you, but when you burn more calories, you feel great anyway in just 8 hours?

Well that’s proof enough 😅 it happened. You’re good bud, definitely not gonna derail you. We have to enjoy life.
