I didn’t eat lunch yesterday. Because I had a appointment with my dentist at 2. Before I left home, I had one teaspoon of ghee. I could resist myself until 4:30. Had a cup of miso soup and one pack of natto for late lunch. Lots of salads and leftover of curry sauce, one apple for dessert.
