Two months ago my Jenny Craig consultant suggested I shake up my metabolism and gain 3 pounds. I went through her suggested process and now stay at the lower calories. Last week I was 148.4 so I lost weight.
147.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
