Well the weekend was fun lots of wine tasting and meat, biltong , still said no thanks to cake and that packets of chips and for that I'm proud of myself.. I mean really who goes camping and doesn't eat chips Well that was me :-) was still active over the weekend did a MTB race.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

it was best part was when i was tagged on facebook and saw the pics , you know that feeling of damn i look good. that's how i felt on Monday hard work pays off.

Low carb i was thinking of changing my goal weight to 57kgs , reason my husband told me the other day again I look sick , my problem is my face if i move down from 59-kgs it shows in my face alot. to be honest I really feel sexy these days, i look more toned, still struggling with the lower part of my abs , but ya that's of all the weight i use to have around my middle. or what do you think what is the best weight for a 1.65m female ,30 years old ?

If you are healthy, look and feel sexy no point in worrying about 2 more kg.. Just master maintenance ♥
