Normal  Day MARCH 17 2024 Yesterday OMAD  Net Carbs 424g Fibre 23g Protein 57g Sugar 171g Fat 153g C/F/P% 51/42/7  (M) 95mg/dl. 10min yoga 5min body weight  8ml walk 0ml bike 0min swim  70 days to cruise. Yesterday I ate a plate of nuchoes (chicken) a sprite soda. A medium ice cream.  Peanuts for fibre. The walking was not exercise it was around the town for food, interaction and my meal and ice cream.  I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
159.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
