Normal Day MARCH 16 2024 Yesterday SAD (Standard American Diet) Net Carbs 410g Fibre 22g Protein 170g Sugar 61g Fat 145g C/F/P% 45/36/19 (M) 98mg/dl. 10min yoga 5min body weight 6ml walk 10ml bike 30min swim 71 days to cruise. Yesterday I had 3 meals and 2 snacks. I cooked all the food and snacks. I can use the gym to do my movement stuff on the cruise. That stays the same. Plus slides, outings, and 2 tours more exercise. I can take a hit on the food. Yes I am eating anything I want on that cruise. 😊😄 I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
159.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
