So unfair hubby had burger king and did no exercise for the week and I said no thanks to burger king and exercised 5days last week and he lost 2kgs and I have lost only 1.2kgs :-(
126.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

Saige18 don't be disappointed because that is excellent results! When you exercise you start to make your muscles increase in weight so your lean mass could have increased whilest your fat mass decreased. My sister lost over 22kg in 4 months and I only lost 10kg in those 4 months but the difference was that I was gyming and she wasn't. Don't judge your progress by weight alone. It will mislead you. Always take measurements as well because there will be days when your weight goes up but measurements go down.

thank you Deb and Ibiza for your ongoing support . Big boy you so right the scale can really mess with a persons mind, on the plus side I fit much better in my size 32 jeans than 2 weeks ago so you spot on with the lean mass. this week I must really try to keep it clean, we camping this coming weekend and going to the wine fest.
