Have been off and on over the xmas period. Am strongly committed to right my bad eating behaviour once and for all. Bring on 2007!!

147.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb. Still to go: 17.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.3 lb a week
