Normal  Day MARCH 8 2024
Yesterday OMAD Net Carbs 74g  Protein 20g Waist 43ins (M) 70mg/dl.  Road bike 4 miles, swam 20 minutes, walked 2 miles, weights 10 minutes. Have meal back to normal. I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
159.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
