Posting a gain with tom in town. This week has gone well. Exercise so far includes:
Mon- 45 min aqua bootcamp
Tues- Ran outside 1 hr 4 min (approx 6 miles)
20 min floor
Thurs- ran/ walk on treadmill 35 min (3 miles)

I will run again tomorrow morning outside if the weather is good enough. We will shoot to do a long run.

One week till the 9 mile race! I was doubting my ability to do it when I was 3 miles into my run on Tues. But you just keep going one foot in front of the other and you can do it. I can do it.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Yes you CAN do it, LLF! Don't worry about the time do exactly as you say, one foot in front of the other. Enjoy the experience and have fun!
