1 clean week done- Weekend went well , can improve with some stuff but I was strong, went to a braai on Saturday said no to the garlic bread and milk tart, chocolates, chips and drinks, but had some of the coleslaw salad and 3 bean salad ( Yes I know not the best salads) but it was that or everyone would think I was banting if I had only meat. :-)
This week we have a bday party and a wedding, OO must be strong and stay away from the cakes and pastries.
Happy clean eating week to all
129.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.6 lb a week

thank you Ade1973 - its really hard but its nice when you can feel the pants of last week fits much better and I know the 1.4kgs drop can be water weight but any drop for me is better than nothing :-) I'm very active even though I don't log it, think that also helped with the drop a lot

Ja its true, i got some trousers a few months ago and man it was a squeeze to fit in them! . So i left it a month and wore them the other day, i was shocked, i now need a belt with them or they fall off ( not good when you are running over the main road! ) -but the loss feels GREAT!

Keep it up. Started @ 78kg a while ago and now down to my 76kg target. Not easy at all and quite a bit of fluctuation but I've found that for me smaller portions is the key. Gotta stay focused and ignore hunger.
