Yesterday OMAD/Net Carb 213 Waist 40ins (M) 82mg/dl.  Went hiking.  This is a beautiful country.   I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
170.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
