Yesterday OMAD/Net Carb 480 Waist 40ins (M) 92mg/dl.  Somedays you just have to go on an eating spree. I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
170.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
