Yesterday OMAD/Net Carb 129 Waist 40ins (M) 65mg/dl.  Bread, cake, chocolate, and soda.  Best park, 6 upper body and 6 leg machines, swimming beach and 3 mile walking distance.  I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
170.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
