Yesterday OMAD/Net Carb 76 Waist 40ins (M) 96 mg/dl.  Yesterday added flour took out rice big increase.   Good lesson. I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
170.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
