Today was our 24th annual children's festival. The weather was perfect. I'm not overly sure how to log my exercise today. At 8 this morning I was lifting, carrying and loading and unloading until about 10:30 then it was walking around and helping people for the next 4 hours. Then it was lifting, carrying and loading and unloading for the next 2 hours. I got home a little before 6 and hubby said strawberries were ready to pick so I did that and the second load of laundry is in the washer and I have unloaded the dishwasher. I am pooped!!! All in all a good day! As I write this according to my fitbit I am over 20,000 steps and my day is not yet done.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
