Regain... I am so upset with myself and my body. I had my skin removal followed by four surgeries, including a radical hysterectomy. I gained 35 lbs in the first month after surgery and subsequently ballooned up to 250. I am so upset and angry that I am going in reverse.
I am ready to stop this train... I have got to get back to eating the way I did after surgery. I owe it to myself to lose this weight again. I worked SO hard to lose all that weight after surgery, it just cannot be all in vain.
