Normal Day JANUARY 24 2024
Yesterday OMAD 4 pm/Net Carb 72 (M) 97mg/dl/(A) 77mg/dl/(W) 41in  I have my food where it needs to be. This incresses my ability to  lose weight.  My exercise will be 4 mile walks and 2 hours swims per day. Exercise makes me healthy.  I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
170.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
