This past week I really struggled with a few things and did well with undoing some habits, so it's still a win!
Wins:
I added more fruits and veggies
No fast food
No eating out

To work on:
track food
try fasting some days
analyst portions
less processed food
240.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
