Normal Day JANUARY 7 2024
Race Week - Yestetday was planning day. I am a big planner. All racing shall be done in the morning. I will spread the 20 miles over 5 days (Mon-Fri). 4 miles a day. Let the race begin. I can do this. 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
