This is getting old quick! My sleep has been garbage the past 3 nights my overnight stress levels are high and my heart rate variability is way low. There really is no good explanation for it either unles my body is fighting off some sickness but I have no symptoms. I even took two of those days as rest days and my caffeine intake was 1 cup of coffee in the morning on both those days. Getting mad I'm sore and my bodys just not recovering the way it should be with the poor sleep. Well see how I feel today after work I dont want to take another rest day since thats having no impact on the sleep.

I'm sorry to hear that friend, what if you take a week off? You already know how to lift light weights, and also work on sleep hygiene, you know, don't screen at least 1 hour before going to sleep, take a bath before going to sleep, eat some carbohydrates afterwards. training or at night, you know that kind of thing.

Thanks that's the annoying part I know I've been doing everything I can be right now . Almost wondering if I have asymptomatic covid or something 🤔 there's no legitimate reason for my body to be behaving thia way.

That does sound annoying. Ugh. Hoping you get better rest and back on track with everything. Sometimes it’s the stress of it all.

Hope you feel better soon. Easy for me to say, you may need to allow more time for rest. Personally I’m failing to follow my own advice but maybe you’ll be wiser

Great job nicely done! I have a question for ya though. Have you ever done an interview with the fat secret team? If so is it legit ? And are they asking because I have successfully lost weight? Any details would be greatly appericated.

•°•♡Erin♡•°• I got an email back in April from kelsey from fat secret congratulating me on my weight loss and asking to use my pictures and story to inspire others on their social media accounts. They posted them on Facebook and Instagram and I absolutely thought the email was a scam when I got it 🤣🤣

OK so hopefully it's the same thing for me. I posted asking people about it no one knew anything but was told by Livin_Breezy you had done something like this. I was a little worried it was a scam to be honest.

WHy not try reprogramming your sleep routine... like have some warmed milk or chamomile tea an hour or so before bed, wind down with reading a book chapter rather than scroll on device, and have TV off more than 2hrs before bed/ as well as only low lights and make sure the ambience is warm. All of that should soothe you inot a relaxing mode for sleep, also any self soothing extras like a warm bubble bath and soothing mosturising of your skin, especially those with lavendar can all intoxicate you into a slumber. But also, making it a regular habit, can help you trigger the sleepiness by program. Bed habits are super important.

Tried to workout but that was pointless called it quits after my warm up deadlifts try again tomorrow go for another rest day

Difficulty obtaining adequate sleep has been associated with over training...
11 Dec 23 by member: John10251
John10251 yep 100 percent I can say ita not that though I have been way ontop of not letting that happen though. I only deadlift once a week now and only lift 4 times a week on an upper lower split and haven't done any cardio definitely fighting something off right now and tlakug. With the wife she's been dealing with the same thing

when I start getting into a state of over training I see a slow decline in my heart rate varability and a slow increase in my resting heart rate and stress level scores. this is a paid increase are in all of them an significant drop In my heart rate variability and my heart rate through out the day is very high and I'm burning calories ar a very high rate even when seated. Anyway I geek out over all this data and have payed very close attention to the trends over the last year and a half it's amazing how much better you can perform of you act on what it's showing its the reason I had to stop deadlifting twice a week my recovery wasn't good enough and all.my numbers started slowly getting worse as soon as I cut it down to once evrything was where it should be again and my progress with all aspects of the lifting improved because of it
