Having cataract surgery on my left eye tomorrow. My right eye is doing great!! The double vision was gone as soon as the surgery was over. YAY!! If this next one goes as well as the first one I'm gonna be a happy camper. Spent a week taking care of Mom right after the eye surgery, we made it just fine, except I did more bending over than I was supposed to. Mom is about the same, maybe a little weaker. Thank goodness my husband was there for a couple of days and helped get her up the stairs for her shower. He had left by the time for her next one and I just gave her a sponge bath in the kitchen. So I guess she has lost some strength since I stayed with her 3 weeks ago. Maintanence is just beebopping along. Even tho I'm at goal I would really like to take off a few more pounds, but they are holding on tight!
