Wow. Talk about a yo yo. Nothing I’m trying seems to be working. Right now I’m fighting a bout of depression. My Dr. Increased my meds hopefully that will help me see the light. Waiting on blood work. Everyone have a great day
202.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
