Breakfast: Egg 🍳, Greek yogurt

Lunch: Koya-Tofu with miso soup, soy milk

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Natto, Chicken soft bones, Stewed pork, shimeji, kimuchi, kabocha pumpkin 🎃, Apple 🍎, Nuts 🥜
99.2 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
