Really doing well, believe it or not. I even fell off he wagon and had some sweets one day..Was having one of those "rough days and needed chocolate"...My inches are coming off pretty well...I get my strength from all of you...Thanks everyone!!!
261.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week

hi-loveanurse What is the best snack trick for you on Atkins? I need nibbles thru the day at my desk....how does a big salad w/cucumber slices, ranch dressing & shrimp on top sound?...actually I sometimes make croutons w/ "nature's own extra fiber" bread (only 5 net carbs w/5g of fiber..)...dry out slices in toaster or oven, maybe toss w/olive oil or SmartBalance "butter" & MrsDash seasonings......I like Atkins bcz of eating whn hungry until almost full...no "portions"....it works great when I stick with it & not give in to "bad" snacks at my desk whn afternoon slumps come
