Ok well .... I did not execute my plan .... and gained some serious weight ... wow ... I am craving more foods than my pregnant wife ! I have not exercised in more than three weeks .... 247.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
