Breakfast: Brandy chocolate, Soybean bread x 2 + Peanut butter

Lunch: Greek yogurt, Chicken soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Chicken breast, Brie cheese, Natto, Apple 🍎 and Nuts 🥜
98.8 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
