wow 😯 that’s a lot in a short time! I’m doing my usual daily routine of fasting on black coffee and water til 3 (used to be noon but I was running out of energy for bedtime) One Meal a Day (OMAD) and thereby eating at a calorie deficit (no counting, just intuitive eating habits going off the “feel” of slight hunger at bed) … I do fill up on my meals, and eat again when I’m hungry in the evening but don’t eat until full, just a few bites of something tasty to take the edge off. The prescribed appetite suppressant helps with this but ultimately it’s about my own self control.
Exercising is more fun than before as it is easier to move around. I workout daily 7 days a week every morning and again in the afternoon before I break my fast. Seems to be a winning strategy.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
