Breakfast: Egg 🍳, Soybean bread x 2 + Peanuts butter

Lunch: Gyro salad 🥗, Frozen Greek yogurt

Dinner: Mackerel sushi, Tonkatsu (pork cutlets), Apple 🍎
99.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
