Breakfast: Greek yogurt, Egg 🍳

Lunch: Soybean breads with peanut butter, Natto

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Pineapple
99.2 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
