Breakfast: Collagen bar, Egg 🍳

Lunch: Salad 🥗, Natto, Soybean bread

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Chicken 🐓 thighs, Smoke cheese
98.1 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
