This morning I found my measurements record from September 30 2021. Well I weigh 3 lbs less and my measurements are the same/less and more depending on the area measured all 6 of them. My BMI is .1 higher.
In that 2 years there has been many ups and down but never made it to 199. I am committed to see it this year. I'm good at staying positive and not easily discouraged. This is probably why I'm still on this site writing to you all.
I will not give up on myself!!! BMI is still in the obese in case you haven't guessed - LOL

Diet followed reasonably well.
