refueled yesterday, surprised its not higher. off to 5a crossfit. did a total of 10 miles yesterday, 185 active minutes, 24.2 k steps and my photo shoot went sooooo well.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
