Lost control yesterday(Sunday).
181.9 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1315 kcal Fat: 45.40g | Prot: 32.90g | Carb: 186.50g.   Breakfast: Jungle Instant Oats(Golden Syrup). Lunch: Safari Just Fruit Flakes(Berry,Banana,Peach), John West Tuna Piece with Oven Dried Tomato and Herb Dressing. Dinner: Twix Twix, Woolworths Pancakes(Lightly Sweetened). Snacks/Other: Power Horse Power Horse Energy Drink. more...

Lost 2,5kg since I've last been on FatSecret...but I'm sure it would've been 3kg, if it wasn't for Sunday...anyway how are you doing?
