Good Morning FS Warriors! I broke my fast early this week 68 hours instead of my usual 84. We had friends invite us to a Pizza party and as we have not been social for a while....we accepted. They have a large outdoor pizza oven and make their own and had many different ones. I tried them all! I was good about not eating the crust, but they had a couple with cauliflower crusts and I tried them also...pretty good! The weather was so nice and it was so pleasant to be with our friends. I had a great loss, but it could have been better, I was feeling the water leave on Friday night. So, I have no way of logging this feast. The toppings were loaded with healthy veggies, but also lots of pepperoni, sausage, canadian bacon, pineapple, olives, onions, hamburger meat. There was plenty and we all went back for more several times. I was quite stuffed. This is post refeed weight so my actual weight loss must have been significant. The more pleasant weather of fall has had us outside doing things more so I have not had much time to post or support the rest of you. I think I have been popping in for a few minutes right before bed and just before I head for work. I am sure I ate past my 2200 calorie goal, but I did not eat any bread. I probably had some sugar because Sue said she puts a couple of teaspoons in each batch of her homemade pizza sauce, but the batches are about 3 gallons, she makes it in large batches and then freezes it. She does the same with the dough. She had some that were getting close to the end of their frozen lifespan, hence the impromptu pizza party. It was great, we played corn hole and canasta. Good time! I'm pleased with my loss, the fast went well and tho I am feeling swollen from the processed meats, I know that will fall off too! You guys have a great day! She is a considerate hostess, she had unsweet tea available for drinking :) Ya'll have a fabulous day!

I found a commercial Cauliflower Supreme pizza and simply put it in along with the number of slices I had. I actually ate 3 slices of the Cauliflower crust ones, but only the toppings from the others....still was almost 2500 calories, no wonder I felt overly full!!!

Nice drop, Deb! I'm glad you enjoyed yourself! The pizza party sounds awesome! Time has been tight my way, too. Between hard workouts, recovery, teacher, mother, & wife duties, I'm just SPENT most days! 😮‍💨

It really was a good time! We have not done any social type things since Mama died, we kina fell into the rut of work, home, work, home and only leaving the house when we needed to shop. So it was a nice break from routine and the dogs! Our friends don't have any pets so it was lovely not to be tripping over critters and constantly be brushing away pet hair!

Also, I forgot to mention, she made the cauliflower crust pizza's for her son and DIL who were unable to make it due to illness, so they sent two home with us....😁 One with everything on it and one with Canadian Bacon and Pineapple, Lunch and Dinner? Maybe...Hubby like them also

OF COURSE! I am going to just have two slices per meal this time around, there were just so many to try. They were all prepped and ready to bake, so it was like a grazing period of several hours, they put two at a time in the oven, so we played games while they baked, then pounced on them while steaming hot and gooey. Not bad reheating them in the air fryer but I have more self control today!

Cool Beans, I have lost 11 lbs in 2.5 weeks, which means 15 to go to get back to where I was pre-covid. I can live with that!

Yeah, wish I had thought to step on the scale Saturday morning! I think it would have been at least 6 lbs after a night of ups and downs running to the bathroom. I felt the whoosh hitting around 9 pm, so Saturdays I have to go to work early, gotta be there by 8 so I get up and start drinking coffee. Get dressed and head out. Knew I was breaking my fast early for the party, never stopped to step on the scale 🤔 It would have been much better...but, I had fun and got out of the house for a bit, almost as good as a vacation!
