Had a spike last week that I forgot to record (we ordered pizza last Friday night, so I'm guessing that's to blame). Brought it back down a little, but still higher than where I was :(

Exercise this coming week is going to have to be walking, as my family is coming to visit, and the two days they aren't here I have to work overtime to make up for the days I'll be out.

Trying to be more conscious of actually eating (read: slowing down and actually chewing my food, setting the fork down in between bites, etc etc0. Also working on purposely making more trips rather than less (ex: bringing my glass to the table and then going back for my plate).

169.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I cheated with pizza yesterday. The numbers didn't show it today, but I think it takes time for it to show. I haven't gone to the gym since last Tuesday (I think it was then--I have it recorded at work). I've been doing a squat challenge and cleaning, so hopefully, that helps.
