When the number on the scales reached 72 I was shocked. Shocked how fast you can gain the weight only by quitting gym though eating normally! It was hard, but I did push myself to go to the gym and buy a month pass. Feeling much, much better kbow, and scales shows smaller number! :) Happy!
154.1 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
