Yesterday
Breakfast: Frozen banana 🍌, Greek yogurt

Lunch: Salad 🥗, Natto, Miso soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Baked chicken, Apple 🍎, Nuts 🥜

My therapist told me that I can try to exercise again. I went to the gym yesterday for the first time since end of June.
97.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
