No worries here, i’m going to get my health goals back
in line,🏋🏽‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️ I had an appetite that just caused me to consume more calories than i had gotten used to before.

Now that I’ve finished mt two week steroid treatment, i can return to healthy eating. 🤩 i must say Thanks for all the Inspiration that you give on FS bc it has my a huge difference in my healthier lifestyle attitude and choices🫶🏾
277.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
