Had a total cheat day Saturday. Probably unwarranted given that I fressed in Vegas earlier this month and I'm going to chow in Spain all next week.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
