Breakfast: Homemade protein bar with almond butter, Frozen banana 🍌 , Skyer yogurt

Late lunch: Cold rice, Natto, Canned Mackerel

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Beet soup, Brie cheese 🧀
98.1 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
