I couldn't have any calories deficit while breast feeding without losing my milk production. Now that we're done with that it's time to get back down to my goal weight.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nope you can’t sacrifice calories while breastfeeding because baby comes first! I breastfed my son for 3 years. 😬. Yes if you are done it’s the time to get back on track for sure but it’s always so melancholy when you do and breastfeeding is done…

Yeah I wish we could have gone longer but we only did 8 months. I always had low supply and then when she graduated to the crib from the bassinet my supply just kept dropping.

I am a year in, I never had an adequate supply due to a traumatic delivery, separation, and lack of BF support from the hospital. I’m glad about how far we got though! Trying to naturally dry up my supply, any advice? Hoping a slight deficit and only 1 “feed” a day for comfort will do the trick!

Yeah once I decided to stop we just tapered off. There wasn't much to taper for me. If I was painfully full I'd feed her just enough to relieve it but would give her a bottle to feed her after. If you're weaning the baby from breast and bottle Im no help there.
