Funny, I thought I did better this week.

Again the charts in my life are inversed! Money chart is suppose to go up while weight chart is suppose to go down!

Anyway, obviously what I'm doing is not working, but I did incorporate walking twice this and salads.

Well, we'll try again this week.

162.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

I noticed that your food journal has been less than regular. Are you sure your calories are in line with your activity level? For me I have found that when I don't record it every day it creeps out of whack pretty quickly. It is the little adders that tend to get me when I don't record - I make a yogurt thing for breakfast and add a little extra honey or oatmeal with craisins (I love them but always forget how calorie dense they are). The walking has got to help. I will say again - you can do it. You have done it and you were doing it as recently as December.

NowIunderstand... Thank you for your very sweet and kind comment. You too are doing fantastic and I promise you if you stick with it no matter how long it takes you will succeed! There are literally weeks when I will maintain the same low calorie count, do the same amount of exercise and not loose anything... Oh how frustrating, and, sooo disappointing, but I tell myself that no matter what it takes I've got this and no matter what, I will not give up ever! I am determined to live a healthy fit life and that means I am going to have to take care of myself, eat wisely and possibly count calories for the rest of my life, and exercise on a schedule. I know that there will be trials and pitfalls but I know good health is going to trump eating unsoundly. So as I continue this journey which for all intents and purposes will undoubtedly last the rest of my life I know that the reward of a healthy mind and body will make it all worth while.
