OMG! WOW! I was not expecting a 3.6 pound drop, I had a feeling it would be good, but not that good! Happy Dance!!! 🎶🎶🎶✨✨✨ BG = 96, Ketones 2.9. I'm happy happy happy with that! Enjoying my coffee with cream and watched the sun come up, it's a beautiful red and orange sky due to clouds. Today is a rest and relax day for us after what turned out to be a pretty hectic week for us country folks LOL! I feel great, and I am looking forward to my eating days, we got a few non routine meals built around large cuts of meat just for some variety, due to last weeks higher protein I bought fewer veggies so they would not spoil in the event we can't eat all of them. My protein topped salads cannot be as elaborate or as pretty as they were in the beginning, because I can't make it to the bottom of the bowl. I'm still a card carrying member of the clean plate club and it hurts my feelings to waste food. Solution, reduce the size of the Salad in proportion to the amount of added meat. My meat has doubled, so I will reduce the veggies by half and that should fix the issue of wastage. I'll get dressed later and post measurements, I'm excited to see what THOSE look like this go-round! Ya'll have a Fast-tastic Day! I know I will 😍😍

Amazing drop, sis!!! 👏👏👏 It's lovely to read you in such a positive mood!!! 😊 Sounds like a nice eating plan to me as well! I'm a member of the clean plate club too, and I have learned to start with smaller portions, focusing on meat, as well. We can always add a little scoop if we're still hungry, but we JUST CAN'T throw away what's in the plate! 🤣 Looking forward to those measurements!!! 🤗

Posted the measurements Zen, not spectacular, but consistent with previous 3 day fasting results. I'm happy with them, and hubby pointed out a few spots that have noticeable reductions but I have never measured those parts 😜
