I am trying to eat more ORGANIC FOODS, LESS PROCESSED FOODS, WATCH HOW MUCH STARCH, AND HOW MUCH SUGAR THAT I CONSUME, INCLUDING IN CEREALS, AND OTHER STUFF. I NEED TO EXERCISE MORE, AND INCLUDE UPPER, AND ABS, AS WELL.
