Good Morning FS Warriors!!! WoooHoooo!! Break-Fast day, I'm excited! I have only a little progress this week because part of that is rebound weight lost but it's still moving forward. Over all I am feeling lighter and stronger AND my hip pain is diminishing even more. The simple act of putting on my compression socks and shoes has reached a comfortable and quick process instead of the workout it was in the past. I'm pleased with my progress and so very thankful for the support and ideas that I get from you guys here in FS. Measurements to come after I get dressed, right now sipping coffee and contemplating the universe. Ya'll have a fantastic Sunday!
270.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job, Deb, on all accomplishments! 🙂 Let me know when you get the universe figured out...lol. Lots of crazy 💩 going on.

I love the fact that I am an ostrich with my head in the sand, I learned a long long time ago that I cannot change the world, so I ignore the world at large and focus on keeping my little corner of it as safe and comfortable as possible for myself and those around me. It's my personal opinion that if folks paid attention to their own little piles of 💩 and cleaned them up, the world would be a much nicer place. I can't watch it or read about what is going on out there because I want to fix it and I worry about it and that puts me on anti-anxiety and depression meds. For 30 years I have not watched the news or read a newspaper. I stay blissfully uninformed about the state of the world. I pray for it every day and send out healing energy. As a sensitive empath, I am severely affected by negative energy and some days my tools for blocking it are tested and weakened, just from conversations I overhear about the world while I am working. Not everyone agrees with my solution to this problem, but it works for me. I am not an island and I don't lack connection with people, but I pick my battles and paying attention to what goes on in the great big world is one I cannot win.

You are absolutely correct, Deb! I am the exact same way, an empath. I peek every now & again, and then go back to my bubble.

Thanks LadyD! We just got chased back inside by the heat, we had severe thunderstorms for the past two nights with crazy wind and we have pears all over the yard, trying to get them all picked up, they are over ripe from up in the top branches we could not reach...what a mess!!!!
