Hey Good Morning FS Warriors!! I had an awesome nights sleep last night. I forgot to charge my watch, so it died sometime during the night so I did not get my 6 am alarm I slept till 6:45, that is a true sleep in for me. I went to bed at 10 pm so that is like 8.75 hours of sleep. IDK if it was heavy or light, but I did not get out of bed till about half an hour ago! LOL You get very used to those watches telling you how you are doing.....I'm not certain that's a good thing. It is convenient, but relying on them too much is not good. 157 hours fasted, I feel great, I have lost some weight! I have learned some things about myself. I have more confidence in my ability to move forward and I am READY to have some cream in my coffee!! LOL You guys have a fast-tastic day! I'm gonna go down 12 oz of water with my AG1 in and fix me a cup of coffee with cream and sip in a heavenly manner while I contemplate my upcoming meals!!
271.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I feel so good Zen and I am sooooooo enjoying the cream in my coffee!!! I have another palate cleansing, everything tastes so wonderful!! Even the AG1 tasted awesome and most of the time for me it's just ...meh!

That's great, Deb! Yea, I have found that coming off of a fast is definitely the best time to retry food that you wished you liked but don't/didn't.

Me, myself, I rarely find a food that I don't like, except beets....I can't stand the taste of beets and I have tried it over the years to see if it changed...it has not and they are good for you, I just can't!
