Wow! Post refeed weight! I was not expecting this! I knew I felt skinnier, but this is WOW! I'll take it! My break Fast was only one meal yesterday around 3:00 and I did not eat anything afterwards. I thought for sure I would woosh up with fluids retained and digestive contents. I'm guessing that was at least 2 lbs so my potential post fast weight (that I did not measure) was 277 ??? That's exciting!! You guys have a great day!!!
279.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
