Still at 135. Trying to get to 134 soon! I've been super busy and not checking in here much. I've pretty much been just trying to keep my head above water with extra work, kids stuff, and household stuff.

My goal is set to reach 134 by the end of Sept and to work out 4 days/ week. I'm feeling good and healthy. I will probably run a 4 mile race in Nov. so I can get one more race done for the season. That's all for now- hope all is well with you!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
