The weigh in after the cruise (with the drink package), celebrating my husband's birthday for a whole week and having my son home for the weekend! Whew, I'm glad to get back to my routine of logging, drinking more water and exercise.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
